Such Great Heights dei The Postal Service è una canzone del 2003 che si trova nell’album Give Up. Secondo me è una delle canzoni di musica “elettronica” più belle che siano mai state scritte. Il video è un vero capolavoro.

Di questa canzone esistono decine di cover differenti, digitate “such great heights cover” su youtube e vi si aprirà un mondo.

Le mie preferite sono quella acustica di Iron&Wine. Commovente.

I Ben Folds ne hanno fatta una versione pop. Suonata con strumenti assurdi. (guardate il video fino alla fine…)

L’ultima nata è una versione ska degli Streetlight Manifesto. Divertentissima.
